Happy Friday People!!! Even though I personally look forward to each and every single day, I know most people really look forward to their weekends. That's all fine and well, but I strongly urge you to make some sort of change in your life, that allows you to enjoy all of your days!!! Every day alive is amazing in my eyes. They all may not be great, but that's okay! If things are tough they wont last I promise you. On another note! What is tough is recovering from my back workout this week lol. If you happen to miss the video, I hit dead lifts this past Wednesday and hit them HARD! I went for an AMRAP set with 405lbs and managed to get 15 reps but my back and whole rear side of me is completely fried. That being said when I trained shoulders this morning, I decided to stick to a seated press to give my lower back a break. More often than not I'll perform my presses standing but my lower back definitely was NOT having it lol. Anyway, this was an awesome session regardless. I kept my timer out the whole time and was able to finish this in just about 45 minutes! If you'e hitting shoulders today, give this routine a go and let me know what you think! If I can answer any questions for you, email me here: firstname.lastname@example.org
1) Seated dumbbell lateral raise 30/23(warm up sets, go light here)
work sets: 20/20/20/20 drop 10
2) Hammer strength machine press 15/15/12/12
3) Dumbbell front raise with supinated grip (Thumbs up towards the ceiling) 15/15/12/20
On the fourth set I dropped the weight and performed static holds. One arm stays fixed straight out while the other performs five reps, then you switch, repeat that again so both arms have done ten reps, than after that perform 10 reps together.
4) Hammer strength shrug machine 12/10/8/8
5) Low cable lateral raise behind back 15/15/15/15
