A quick back day that will WRECK you!
Whats going on guys?! I hope everyone's week is off to a great start! So I had a bit of an unusual Monday yesterday and I was busier than normal.. Due to the nature of my day, I only had about an hour to train with NO wiggle room whatsoever. I had back as my planned workout for the day, which sometimes can take me more than an hour depending on the day. Chest 2/28
Good morning everyone and happy Friday! Got in an early session this morning! I pulled up to the gym at 5am lol. Trained chest solo so I played it safe and stuck to dumbbells for my pressing movement today to start off the workout. Kept a really tight pace and had a sick pump by the time I finished! Super easy workout to follow but everything felt great. Have at it and enjoy! Legs 2/26
Alright here we go, first leg day of the week! This workout was hamstring dominate yesterday and I honestly didn't even touch my quads which I will usually do but I decided to work more glute's into the mix. The focus of the workout was Romanian dead lifts which i hit right after warming up on the leg curl machine. I always like getting blood to the muscles prior to starting a compound movement! Overall this was a higher rep workout which usually feels best for me when it comes to hamstring training. Either way I got a pretty nasty...

Happy Monday guys!!! I hope everyone had a very safe and enjoyable weekend. This past week was a little weird for me training wise, which left me unable to train legs during the week. Knowing I was only going to be training them once, I made sure to absolutely smash them yesterday! I didn't really focus on one specific muscle group for this workout, just wanted to really destroy my legs as a whole from top to bottom, front and back lol. Good Morning guys!! I hope everyone's day is off to a great start! I started my day rather early.. 4am to be exact! Got in a really good shoulder session though with my boy Angel. It's been a while since we trained and it just so happen that getting in the gym early today worked for us both. This workout was pretty simple but the intensity was through the ROOF!
