What’s up guys? I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend so far. So for today I have a chest workout which is something that I haven’t shared in some time. Alright, what’s up guys! Hope this week is treating you all well. I did mention a couple weeks ago that I want to get back to posting full workouts on my blog so let’s have at it shall we? Alright we’ll it’s Wednesday and today I trained back with a little bit of biceps at the end of the workout! I normally prefer to only train back by itself but since I’m still recovering from pec tear surgery I’ve been adding in some additional arm work at the end of back/shoulders to help correct atrophy I suffered from surgery.
