Legs 2/9
Happy Monday guys!!! I hope everyone had a very safe and enjoyable weekend. This past week was a little weird for me training wise, which left me unable to train legs during the week. Knowing I was only going to be training them once, I made sure to absolutely smash them yesterday! I didn't really focus on one specific muscle group for this workout, just wanted to really destroy my legs as a whole from top to bottom, front and back lol. Legs 1/30
Alright guys so here we go with a good old leg day! This was from yesterdays workout which was a hamstring dominate leg day for me. Hit this workout at LA fitness, which unfortunately is slightly limited in their leg equipment (Especially when it comes to hamstrings) so I typically end up sticking to fewer exercises and just work for more volume. Reps were on the higher side last night as I'm planning on some heavy back squats this coming Sunday, but regardless this was a great session and had my legs pumped front to back! Give it a go...

Good morning guys and Happy Friday! I'm usually not the person who "looks forward" to the weekends.. For me, I look forward to everyday I wake up alive and well. Legs 1/2 (Good Luck lol)
First leg session of 2020.. Man was I excited for this one. I knew I really wanted to kick my own ass today and that’s exactly what I did! Lol. This was a pretty unique workout and although it was my hamstring dominate leg session of the week (Quad dominate day being Sunday’s) I decided to throw in some high volume hacks in the middle of the workout. Really hit the legs from all angles with this one. If you’re up for it, give this a go in the next coming days or whenever you plan on hitting legs again....
