Good Morning guys!! I hope everyone's day is off to a great start! I started my day rather early.. 4am to be exact! Got in a really good shoulder session though with my boy Angel. It's been a while since we trained and it just so happen that getting in the gym early today worked for us both. This workout was pretty simple but the intensity was through the ROOF! Hey guys! Alright so, here we go with yesterdays arm workout.. In the past, I honestly was not a big fan of arm training as it was somewhat boring to me. I personally love the compound, heavy movements where I'm working multiple muscles at once. Arm exercises aren't all that exciting for me but over the years I've found ways to train them that have become more enjoyable. Chest 2/3
First chest workout of February in the books! I do have to admit, I felt a little better than I performed going into this workout. I've been really working hard to improve my bench press for the past several months and although it has come up a lot, I've been stuck the last couple weeks at 275lbsX2. I was pretty confident I was getting 3 reps out of it last night but that didn't happen lol. My goal has been to get this for 5 reps so I still got some reps to go before I get there. I have...
Legs 1/30
Alright guys so here we go with a good old leg day! This was from yesterdays workout which was a hamstring dominate leg day for me. Hit this workout at LA fitness, which unfortunately is slightly limited in their leg equipment (Especially when it comes to hamstrings) so I typically end up sticking to fewer exercises and just work for more volume. Reps were on the higher side last night as I'm planning on some heavy back squats this coming Sunday, but regardless this was a great session and had my legs pumped front to back! Give it a go...

Whats up guys! So I got in a very productive shoulder workout yesterday with Brittany. My back was still very sore from Tuesdays session so I tried to avoid as much rear delt work as possible. Focused on presses with this one. For the most part, all my shoulder workouts start off with a standing press. Yesterday I decided to go the dumbbell route as oppose to using the barbell.
