400 REP DUMBBELL ONLY ARM WORKOUT!!!

So here we are, going on week three with no gyms (I know I hate it too) As sad as it may be, It was necessary and I am hopeful things will be back up and running sooner than later! For now, it's up to each and everyone of us to get creative and keep getting our workouts in from home! Yesterday, I trained arms with Brittany and we had one hell of a workout as I'm sure you can tell by the title of this blog lol. We had a very simple but VERY effective and intense arm day with nothing but a few dumbbells! This workout was a GVT or German Volume Training styled workout. Basically, we hit one superset performing ten reps of each exercise, for ten total sets.. and then we did that AGAIN but used a completely different superset. I guarantee you by the time you are done with this your arms will want to explode!!!!! The full details of the workout are below, but let me know if you guys have any questions!!!!! Warm up: (Light band work to get blood flowing) 

Workout: 

1) Seated dumbbell curls X Close grip push ups on dumbbells
