I gotta be honest man, the last two days it's been very hard for me to train. After hearing about the tragic loss of Kobe Bryant and his daughter on Sunday, and then hearing how a teacher from my high school whom I had gotten to know very well lost a hard fought battle with cancer, has made it difficult to train with a clear head. Good morning guys, Hope everyone's been having a great week so far! I woke up this morning and to my surprise I was not as sore as I thought I was going to be after yesterdays back workout lol. Got in a good one yesterday man! Haven't hit the flat bench in three weeks so I knew I wanted to start off with it. Very pleased with how things shaped up there and it set the tone for the rest of the workout. Really focused on moving weight yesterday all around.
