Good morning everyone! I hope you all are having a great week thus far. I’ve had a very productive week myself and am keeping the ball rolling going into the weekend. The holidays did take me a little off track being that it was hard to coordinate getting footage but I will have a YouTube video up on my channel for you all later today. As far as yesterday goes, this was definitely one of my better arm workouts as of late! I love alternating between tris and bis. The pump is pure insanity and feels so much better than running through one muscle group at a time. If you’re hitting arms sometime this weekend, give this routine a go! 1)EZ bar cable pushdown X EZ bar cable curls 20/20 (warm up)
Work sets: 20/20 20/15 20/15 15/12 drop set 10/10
2)Close grip bench 5/5/5/5 *My working weight was 225lbs
3)Incline dumbbell curls 15/12/10/10
4)Overhead single arm dumbbell extensions (standing) 15/10/8/12
5) Machine Preacher curls 20/15/15 drop 10
(squeezing at the top of each rep)
6)Dumbbell hammer curls 15/12/12
