Back workout 9/21

Hey guys! I know it’s been a couple weeks since the last blog post so I wanted to get yesterday’s back workout up for you! Sunday I had gone pretty hard on squats hitting a GVT workout (German Volume Training) So I tried to give my lower back a bit of a break with this one. This workout was mostly focused on the width of the back and working the mats from different angles. Still manages to catch an awesome pump on this one though so try it for yourself and let me know how you like it! (Videos are on IG!)

1)Dumbbell last pullovers 20/15/15/12 (Not Shown)

2) T bar row w/ rope attachment 15/15/10/10 drop 12


3) Kneeling single arm cable row 15/15/12/12


4)Pull ups till Failure X close grip cable pulldown 8/12 8/12 6/10 6/10 (Don’t worry about how many pull ups you do, make them count!)


5) Chest supported dumbbell row off bench 10/10/10 (Brief pause at the top!/ Not Shown)
