Shoulders 2/13
Good Morning guys! So this week (Tomorrow actually) I'll be heading out on vacation! It's been four years since I have gone away so it will be nice to truly unplug for a little bit both mentally and physically. This week itself has been a little hectic between all the packing and other things that I had to do before leaving. Training this week has overall been pretty good actually. Legs 2/9
Happy Monday guys!!! I hope everyone had a very safe and enjoyable weekend. This past week was a little weird for me training wise, which left me unable to train legs during the week. Knowing I was only going to be training them once, I made sure to absolutely smash them yesterday! I didn't really focus on one specific muscle group for this workout, just wanted to really destroy my legs as a whole from top to bottom, front and back lol. Good Morning guys!! I hope everyone's day is off to a great start! I started my day rather early.. 4am to be exact! Got in a really good shoulder session though with my boy Angel. It's been a while since we trained and it just so happen that getting in the gym early today worked for us both. This workout was pretty simple but the intensity was through the ROOF! Hey guys! Alright so, here we go with yesterdays arm workout.. In the past, I honestly was not a big fan of arm training as it was somewhat boring to me. I personally love the compound, heavy movements where I'm working multiple muscles at once. Arm exercises aren't all that exciting for me but over the years I've found ways to train them that have become more enjoyable. One of the biggest things that I've changed is that when I do train arms, I like to alternate back and forth between a bicep and tricep exercise. This keeps things interesting...
