First leg day of the week last night! I always get a bit more volume/variety in on this day since my second leg session of the week puts a heavy emphasis on squats which usually take up the majority of my time. Very successful session yesterday. This was my first time dead lifting in a few weeks! Even though dead's are one of my favorite exercises I do still believe that sometimes you just have to step away from something and then come back to it for both the mental and physical break. I felt very good yesterday while doing them and I am excited to start progressing them again! Whats up guys! Sooo sorry I haven't posted a workout recently. Things were a little crazy the last month and it just completely escaped my head to be honest! BUT.. That changes today! As I've mentioned over on IG: @antconfessore. I recently decided to switch up my training split again and I moved back to training one muscle group per day. This is my favorite split I have ever utilized so I am happy to be back to it. The full split is as follows. Well with Halloween being yesterday, the gym definitely was slightly less crowded than normal, but I am definitely NOT complaining about that lol. I got in a nasty leg session last night that was so good it was hard to stop and go home! What’s goin onnnnn guys?! Hope you all enjoyed the wonderful weekend we had.. Especially all the rain that we got yesterday NOT lol. After a pretty unsuccessful fishing trip Saturday, Sunday was a pretty chilled out day for myself. Checked in with my online clients, got my session in, ran some errands..
