Shoulders & Arms 10/23
Thursday already?! Maaaan this week is flying by! It's honestly crazy to think about how the holidays are around the corner. Even crazier to think we'll be entering a new decade in just about two months lol. So yesterday was business as usual. Tuesday was a cardio only day for me so haven't hit the weights since Monday. Goooood morning guys! Firstly, I'd like to start off by saying I hope everyone reading had a safe and enjoyable weekend (outside of the rain yesterday) lol. Legs 10/17
You guys know how much I LOVE training legs. For me, there isn't a more satisfying feeling than coming in the gym and absolutely demolishing a good hard leg workout. This one from last night definitely had me stumbling after my last set lol #HowItShouldBe. Most of last nights session was focused on hams and glutes. I really believe that training legs twice a week is a must for ANYONE regardless of what your fitness goals are.We have so many muscles in our legs and they literally make up HALF our body! Chest & Back 10/16
Got in a good one yesterday man! Haven't hit the flat bench in three weeks so I knew I wanted to start off with it. Very pleased with how things shaped up there and it set the tone for the rest of the workout. Really focused on moving weight yesterday all around. Much like earlier this week, yesterdays workout was very successful! I knew before even starting that it was going to be a great session just based off how I was feeling. One thing I would advise to those of you reading is this.. You aren't going to feel your best every single workout.. Its just how it goes.
